Lights, Camera, Legos
Campers will create their own Lego movie using the Digital Blue Movie Maker program. Students will experience all the functions of making a movie including, creating the storyboard, building the set, developing transitions (slide from one scene to another), and editing to perfection. They will design the movie set by building Lego kits. On the last day, CMOST will hold a movie premiere for the campers and their families.

Intro to Robotics
Have you ever tried your hand at Lego robotics? During this camp we will build an amusement park and an intelligent house of the future as we experiment with Legos and explore different scientific concepts. Participants will try their hand at both building and programming in this new and exciting camp. Join us and let your creativity be your guide as you design things as you see fit.

The Science of the Slinky and More
Why do yo-yos climb their strings, where do bouncy balls get their bounce, and how do 3-D movies and stereoscopes make things look three-dimensional? Explore the physics and chemistry behind these and other common toys in this fun and exciting science camp. Each day we'll explore the science behind some of your favorite toys and make great toys to take home!

GIST - Sparkling Science
In this ladies-only camp we will experiment with the sciences of all things that sparkle! Girls will delve into the world of science as they examine gemstones, create chemical concoctions, grow their own crystals and more in this fun hands-on camp. Campers will be immersed in science and have several visiting scientists throughout the week!

What's the Ology?
Join us in the exploration of the sciences. From biology to geology and maybe even herpetology we will explore the many different sciences. Each day will be filled with scientific explorations, hands-on experimentation and a visitor with a career possibility!

Garbology
What is waste? Where does it come from? Why does it matter and what can we do about it? Join us in this hands-on, minds-on science camp to answer these questions about waste. We will explore waste and waste management from a systems and engineering approach as we participate in activities such as a waste sort, creating new uses for our garbage, building composters and much more!

GIST - Lotions, Potions & Scientific Notions
In this ladies-only camp we will experiment with the chemistry that comprises all things beautiful. Campers will explore the chemistry of a day spa as they learn the inner workings of the business and create potions and concoctions of their own
